The Publication Ethics of the publication is based on the content of the Committee on Publication Ethics documents (Committee on Publication Ethics) and declaration "Ethical Principles for Scientific Publishing" Association of Science Editors and Publishers. The requirements for compliance with publication ethics in the preparation and publication apply to all participants in the editorial and publishing process.

Responsibility of editors

  1. The editors of the online media are personally and independently responsible for the content of the published materials and acknowledge this responsibility. The credibility of the manuscript in question and its scientific value should always underlie the decision to publish.
  2. Editors make honest and objective decisions regardless of commercial considerations and ensure a fair and efficient independent review process.
  3. Editors do not work with articles for which they have a conflict of interest.
  4. Editors resolve conflict situations that arise in the process of work, and use all available means to resolve them.
  5. Editors publish information about corrections, retractions and withdrawals of articles, if necessary.

Responsibility of reviewers

  1. The reviewer evaluates his employment and agrees to review only if there is enough time for quality work.
  2. The reviewer warns the editorial board about the presence of a conflict of interest before starting work with the manuscript.
  3. The reviewer does not draw conclusions about the quality of the article based on subjective data: personal attitude to the author, his gender, age, religion, etc.
  4. The reviewer does not transfer information about the article and the data it contains to third parties.
  5. The reviewer does not use the information obtained from the article for personal or commercial purposes.

Author's responsibility

  1. The authors send for consideration an article, the materials of which have not been published before.
  2. The authors do not submit one article for consideration to different publications.
  3. All co-authors agree to submit the article to the publication.
  4. The authors guarantee that they have written the original article, and it does not contain illegal borrowings.
  5. The authors take the necessary measures to make sure that the citations presented in the article are correct.
  6. The contact author notifies his co-authors of all changes and suggestions from the editorial board of the online publication and makes decisions regarding the article only with the consent of all co-authors.

Retraction

  1. Based on the recommendations of the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications (COPE), the editors retract (recall) published articles in case of violation of editorial ethics.
  2. The article is retracted if:
    — the editorial office has evidence of the unreliability of the published information, which arose either as a result of conscious actions (for example, falsification of data) or due to conscientious errors (for example, errors in calculations or experiments);
    - the conclusions contained in the article were previously published in another edition, and there are no proper references, permissions and justification for the need for re-publication;
    – the article revealed large incorrect borrowings (plagiarism);
    — the material of the article describes unethical research.
  3. Articles may be withdrawn by their author(s) or editors.
  4. If the author (authors) refuse to withdraw the article, the editors have the right to do so without their consent.
